Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Rolls
Hello again! So one of my newest creations are these cinnamon roll earrings. Well, they aren't really new creations since I have made them before but these are new and improved! They are listed on my etsy store, so go and check them out: http://www.etsy.com/shop/CreationsbyColette. Right now they are listed for $6.50 for dangle earrings.
Basically to make them, you just take some ecru clay and burnt umber (I used Premo! but any type of clay would work). Make a elongated strand about 1 1/2" long. Roll them out and place them on top of each other. Roll them up into a roll. Use some orange chalk pastel and brush it on the roll to give it a baked look. Stick a headpin or eye pin through one side and out the other. Next take TLS (translucent liquid sculpey) and mix it with a little white chalk pastel. Pour that over your rolls and play with it until you like how it looks. Finally bake your roll based on the packages directions and once it done brush a layer of glaze over it and enjoy! Hopefully later I will be able to provide photos or at least a better explanation.

First Post
Hey everyone! This is my first post, so I thought I would tell you a little about me. My name is Colette and one of my favorite hobbies is working with polymer clay. I have only worked with it for about a year and half but I love it so much. I just recently opened a etsy shop, please check out my work at http://www.etsy.com/shop/CreationsbyColette. Right now I am mainly focused on miniature food jewelry. I am hoping to help you guys out with starting in food jewelry and also keep you up to date with my creations!
